Waking Up To a Short Story Sale
If you read my LiveJournal, then you already know this news. Or knew it. Whatever. If you don’t, well…go here to see how things went down.
But yeah, this is a nice way to wake up. It doesn’t happen often so you gotta revel in it while you can. Also, for those keen of eyes, you’ll notice that I sleep above my covers.
::shrugs::
We can’t all be perfect.

I’m aware that you don’t sleep under the covers 😉 you don’t even have sheets on your bed, just a comforter–you’ll have to get used to that when you come visit 😀 afterall, I have sheets :p
and CONGRATS on your story sale, that’s awesome 🙂 I want to read!

And just HOW do you know something like that?!?!? 😛
Thanks, my dear. The book will probably be published sometime in 2009, but I can let you read the story earlier if you’d like.

Biff! Yay you!
I did really cool things today:
I decided to rectify the situation with my tail lights.
I bought 2 lights for my car and the nice Pep Boy boy put them both in.
I then taped up the smashed part of one of my tail lights.
I am now all sorts of legal (whereas before I was TOTALLY in non-compliance with the law!)

I could say something naughty about waking with a smile at 7am… but, I will just keep that thought to myself…since this is your blog and not mine 😉 (you walked into that one)

[…] Not going to go down as one of my favorite ways to wake up. It’s certainly not as good as Paul’s wake up to acceptance. I like this piece that just got rejected, I think it’s pretty strong, for the first time I […]
