Kill Yourself Over Tuna

with 11 comments

Attention! Attention! All sandwich shops! You’re going to want to stock up on tuna for the next several Fridays until Lent is over. It is going to be a popular item. That is all.

Also, I walked by the Quiznos today and saw the same girl working so I guess she didn’t end it after all. The weight upon my soul has lifted…

So here I am above palm trees
So straight and tall
You are smaller, getting smaller
But I still see you

028-Zombieland

Pretty good movie though.

I woke up, the world had fallen down around me
You were still there, and I didn’t care
For the first time, I knew you were a part of this all along
You were a part of this all along

Playing Oblivion

012-PlayingOblivion

I take looting very seriously in Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Also, in case you were wondering, I play as a Bosmer Night Elf with a high marksmanship level because I enjoy loosing arrows into goblins’ faces. Yes, yes I do.

Are You Dead?

011-AreYouDead

Some days I just wonder…

Also, curses, I forgot to draw in Osama bin Laden. I’d like to know about his status, too. Don’t you?

Baby, baby don’t treat me this way
I’m gonna make it again someday
There’s just one thing I’d like you to know
I got no more to lose if you go

Christmas Shoppers Are My Tenth Circle of Hell

with 6 comments

2008-12-12

I need to take a lesson from Bitsy and get all my holiday shopping done by the end of summer. The swarms of people is maddening, and this is just another reason why I should live in a small cabin in the woods and not a big-time city full of hustle and bustle. I just don’t like crowds; I can’t concentrate as well, and there’s a cow mentality (moooooo) that just gets under my skin.

Question of the day: What’s your favorite circle of hell from Dante’s Inferno?

Mine would be the Third Circle. Down with gluttons, down with gluttons!

Them stories that you tell me are so hard to swallow
You said “Go to hell” but I know you’d just follow
The future’s closing in quicker than you think
and hanging with you I know why Henry drinks

I Swear I Have a Solid Alibi, Dad

Click for the full news story. It’s a rather sad story, but it’s the world, alas.

I want to trip inside your head
Spend the day there
To hear the things you haven’t said
And see what you might see

Applebee’s Makes Tara Sick For Days, Woo-hoo

with 5 comments

2008-11-02

I told Tara that from now on I’m only going to take her to the finest of eateries, such as Wendy’s and the Dollar Tree for multiple packs of chicken-flavored Ramen noodles, since she keeps getting sick at any place a notch higher than those. Actually, she’s never gotten sick from Panera Bread. So, y’know, that’s a relief. Cause I don’t know what I’d do without that place. The soup and bread is just too good. For those playing along at home, we’ve already lost Chili’s earlier this year…and now this. Rest in peace, Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar.

We blame the Strawberry Limeade. Eat at your own risk…

And all the gold dust in her eyes won’t reform into a ring
You had and lost the one thing
You kept in a safe place
Remember the face
Of the girl who had made you her own
And how you left her alone
