Taking Tara Back to College

with 6 comments

Carrying water, I believe, is standard procedure for training for the Olympics.

Okay, I made that up. But it should be.

As per the final panel…well, I’m used to my own mother forgetting my name, but generally she calls me by a name of my same gender. Generally. Monica is a new one. No offense to the real Monica, but I don’t think I look like one–maybe a Stephanie or a Samantha, but not a Mon. Tis not fate.

  1. you took the stairs with that??!! I admit that it should be procedure for such things–you didn’t have to carry that water! You should have left it in the car.

I have no idea WHY my dad called you Monica…he’s a little…eh. As for your female name counterpart, I’ll have to think about that.

  4. Tara: The elevator was PACKED! And as patient as I am, well…not for elevators.

Monica: Ha, oh right! I forgot! Maybe you and me are like each other’s opposites…or something. We’ll make sure that doesn’t happen again at the next convention. 😀

Bitsy: I heard! Great job! I haven’t played for…many weeks. I’m sure all my villagers hate me and burned down my house.

  5. Tara, I forgot to tell you (well it actually took some time for me to make the connection) that I used drive by your school all the time when I would visit my exboyfriend in Scranton. Crazy, huh! Not really. Anyways, I hope school is going well for you.

  6. D- Haha, wow, small world. Scranton is a crappy place, well it could be worse I suppose! My school is quite tiny but yes it’s right off 81. 🙂 I’d say it is pretty crazy, I come across few people who know where marywood is, let alone have driven by it ( and noticed it!) 🙂 Thanks, hopefully it will continue to go well– 😀
