#183 – Car’s B-day

with 7 comments

I have nowhere to go. :/

I live in New Jersey. Tell me of a place where I could drive to put on lots of miles while having a darned good time as well. Bonus points if it is a place that has a variety animals and rhymes with poo.

  1. Come visit Virginia Beach-aroo! The weather here is still very nice and there’s a wine festival at the beach this weekend. Also, there are 30 bands playing this weekend at the beach. We have a nice, little aquarium with a variety of animals that live in the sea (turtles, sharks, fishies.) Then you can eat some sushi at zushi: http://www.portfolioweekly.com/Pages/InfoPage.php/iID/1190

  2. ooohh – i know! i know! Lake Havasu rhymes with poo and it’s close to me. I bet there are creepy algae and lake fish to find. Do drunken swimmers and boaters count as animals? That will put tons of miles on your car!

  3. Hmm, Virginia Beach-aroo and Lake Havasu!
    What should I do?
    A ghost often says boo
But neither of these are a zoo!

  4. There is an actual zoo nearby (less than 20 mi from Va Beach): http://www.virginiazoo.org/

Or better yet, there’s a couple of horse farms right down the road from me, and one of the farmers even has a herd of llama.

  6. Personally, I think New Jersey rhymes with poo.

As for intersting places to drive, how about work. Oh that’s right, you’re an “artist.” You don’t need to drive any further than the local coffee shop.
