#126 - The Fart
Well, this comic dropped me in terms of being classy by at least 17 points. Only took over 125 comics to get to a fart joke. Woo. Momma Dukes will be so proud. Anyways, I actually sat for awhile and tried to find the right word to use for the…er, sound effect…and eventually gave up and went with the “tell-it-like-it-is” one. Has this ever happened to anyone else? And if so, did you run away like a frightened squirrel?
I did. I so did.
I believe its spelled “braaaaap”, unless it’s one of those girlie “pffft” ones. And, of course, there are those silent but deadly ones (not sure how you would depict that in a comic.)

Oooh, nothing like a fart during storytime to send the kiddos crazy. The girls all rush back away from the offender and the boys jeer and laugh. And the culprit is beet red and probably wants to melt into the floor. And PS - It’s hard for the teacher to not react. I still laugh at fart jokes!
